宫颈锥切术后通督扶正疗法联合干扰素对宫颈上皮内瘤变患者的疗效及生活质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨通督扶正疗法对LEEP术后宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者的应用价值。方法:选取2019年3-9月行LEEP术后的CIN患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组采用重组α-2 b干扰素栓治疗;试验组在重组α-2b干扰素栓基础上加用督脉铺灸。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组术后6个月HR-HPV转阴率及治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:督灸联合重组干扰素α-2 b治疗LEEP术后CIN患者,可提高治疗总有效率,降低HR-HPV持续阳性感染率,改善患者生活质量,疗效确切、安全。Objective:To explore the application value of Tongdu Fuzheng therapy for patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)after LEEP.Methods:From March to September 2019,66 patients with CIN after LEEP were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinantα-2b interferon suppository.The experimental group was treated with Dumai acupuncture on the basis of recombinantα-2b interferon suppository.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the HR-HPV negative conversion rate and the total effective rate were higher than those in the control group at 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The combination of Dumai acupuncture and recombinant interferonα-2b in the treatment of CIN patients after LEEP can improve the total effective rate,reduce the persistent positive infection rate of HR-HPV,and improve the quality of life of patients,the curative effect is definite and safe.
