摘　　要：半侧颜面短小畸形是由先天发育不全导致的一侧面部及耳发育不全。目前,半侧颜面短小畸形发病原因尚未完全明确,分类方法多样,诊疗手段也较为复杂。该文通过查阅近年来国内外治疗半侧小面畸形及耳畸形的相关文献,分析了该病形成的可能病因及相应的临床表现,对现有的临床分型方法、治疗方案及最新研究成果进行了总结阐述。Hemifacial microsomia(HFM)is a developmental hypoplasia of one side of face and ear due to congenital hypoplasia.At present,the causes of HFM have not been completely clarified,the classification methods are diverse,and the diagnosis and treatment methods are complex.Through reviewing the relevant study on the treatment of HFM domestic and overseas in recent years,the possible etiology and corresponding clinical manifestations of the disease are analyzed,and the existing clinical classification methods,treatment strategies and latest research results are summarized.
