摘　　要：经济全球化的背景下,我国的改革开放吸引了为数众多的跨国公司在华投资,为我国经济增长和社会发展提供了重要的支持与保障。一方面,跨国公司带来了大量的资本、技术等要素在我国市场集聚;另一方面,我国市场经济体系日趋规范与完善,又进一步为在华跨国公司提供了更加富有吸引力的商业机会。两方面因素的良性互动,使得在华跨国公司克服了2008年以来国际金融危机对全球贸易活动的不利冲击,总体上保持了比较稳健的增长态势。2018年中美贸易摩擦和2020年的全球疫情,给在华跨国公司发展带来了一定的不确定性影响。展望"十四五"时期,如果我国政府政策应对得当,为跨国公司提供更加开放与更加公平的市场环境,引导跨国公司更好地发挥其先进技术优势,强化企业社会责任,则在华跨国公司将释放巨大的发展潜力。In the context of economic globalization,China’s reform and opening up has attracted a large number of multinational companies to invest in China,providing important support and guarantee for China’s economic growth and social development.On one hand,multinational companies have brought a lot of capital,technology and other factors to the accumulation of the Chinese market.On the other hand,China’s market economy system has become increasingly standardized and prosperous,which further provides more attractive business opportunities for multinational companies in China.The benign interaction of these two factors has enabled multinational companies in China to overcome the adverse impact of the international financial crisis on global trade activities since 2008,and generally maintains a relatively stable growth trend.The Sino-US trade war in 2018 and the global epidemic in 2020 have brought a certain degree of uncertainty to the development of multinational companies in China.Looking forward to the"14 th Five-Year Plan"period,if the Chinese government’s policies respond appropriately to provide multinational companies with a more open and fair market environment,and guides multinational companies to better utilize their advanced technological advantages and the contribution of corporate social responsibility management experience,the multinational companies will still release huge development potential.
