摘　　要：宾夕法尼亚州政府主要从早期教育质量标准体系、早期发展评估体系、早期教育质量监督体系和早期教育资源整合数据系统四方面构建早期教育质量监管体系,启示我们明确各级地方政府职能,梳理权责边界;释放单项压力,促成跨部门协同共生;填补资源缺口,探索公私合作路径。Pennsylvania govemment constructed quality supervision of early education mainly from 4 aspects:early education quality standards,early education development ssessment,early education quality supervision,and early education resources integration,inspire us to clarify the responsibilities of local governments,and sort out boundaries of powers and responsibilities;release individual pressure and promote cross department coordination;fll resource gaps and explore public-private cooperation paths.
