摘　　要：高校培养复合型药学人才对于医药CRO行业的快速发展起到人才储备和可持续推动作用,对助力新药研发,保障公众合理用药具有重要意义。结合当前我国CRO行业发展现状及人才需求背景,联系本校实际,文章就如何推进复合型药学人才培养模式建设进行探讨。The cultivation of compound pharmacy talents in colleges and universities plays a role of talent reserve and sustainable promotion for the rapid development of the pharmaceutical CRO industry,and is of great significance to assist the research and development of new drugs and ensure the rational use of drugs by the public.This article combines the current development status of my country s CRO industry and the background of talent demand,and discusses how to promote the construction of compound pharmacy talent training mode.
