摘　　要：目的:探讨异位甲状腺的临床特点、诊断及治疗,以减少临床上异位甲状腺的误诊及漏诊。方法:回顾性分析徐州市中心医院口腔科1例舌根部异位甲状腺的临床表现、诊治依据及治疗方案,结合文献总结其临床诊疗思路。结果:根据临床表现及影像学检查结果,该患者被诊断为舌根部异位甲状腺。因患者无明显吞咽、呼吸功能障碍,且甲状腺区无甲状腺,遂未行治疗,密切随访。结论:异位甲状腺多因位置及形态的不确定容易漏诊或误诊,临床上应高度重视,并采用多种诊断方法相结合的方式来减少误诊或漏诊的发生。Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of ectopic thyroid to reduce clinical misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment basis and treatment plan of a case of ectopic thyroid at the base of tongue in the Department of Stomatology,Xuzhou Municipal Central Hospital was made,combined with the literature to summarize its clinical diagnosis and treatment plan.Results:Based on clinical manifestations and imaging findings,the patient was diagnosed with an ectopic thyroid at the base of tongue.Because the patient had no obvious swallowing and respiratory dysfunction,and there was no thyroid in the thyroid area,she was not treated and was followed up closely.Conclusion:Ectopic thyroid is likely to be missed or misdiagnosed due to the uncertainty of its position and shape.It should be paid more attention to clinically,and a combination of multiple diagnostic methods should be used to reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.
