摘　　要：本论文对碳化硅在感应电炉化铁中的应用方法和效果进行了论述,通过碳化硅在灰铸铁和蠕墨铸铁熔炼的实验应用,证明碳化硅作为一种化学性能稳定的特殊炉料,应用于铸铁熔炼过程,不仅能够增碳增硅,还可以起到长效晶核改善铁水微观组织的作用。In this paper,the application method and effect of silicon carbide in induction furnace iron are discussed.Through the experimental application of silicon carbide in the melting of gray cast iron and vermicular cast iron,it is proved that silicon carbide,as a special charge with stable chemical properties,can not only increase carburization and silicon,but also play a long-term role in improving the microstructure of molten iron.
