集束化措施结合聚乙烯薄膜贴敷在重症合并角膜病变病人中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究集束化措施结合聚乙烯薄膜贴敷对重症合并角膜病变患者的影响,并研究其发病因素。方法:将我院收治的200例在重症监护室(ICU)治疗的合并角膜病变患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组100例,试验组患者以集束化措施结合聚乙烯薄膜贴敷;对照组以常规护理措施联合聚乙烯薄膜贴敷。干预2周后,比较两组患者样本流失情况及角膜病变程度,及角膜上皮细胞脱落情况,记录患者在护理期间的并发症发生率和满意度。结果:护理后,两组患者的样本丢失情况无显著差异(P>0.05),试验组角膜病变程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05);干预2周后,试验组双眼阴性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)试验组结膜充血、结膜暴露、角膜暴露等各项并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组满意度为91.00%,对照组为70.00%,试验组患者满意度明显较高(P<0.05)。结论:集束化措施结合聚乙烯薄膜贴敷有利于患者改善角膜病变症状,降低并发症发生率,该种联合护理措施具有重要临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bundle intervention combined with polyethylene film application in critically ill patients with keratopathy as well as the pathogenic factors.Methods:A total of 200 pa⁃tients with keratopathy treated in the intensive care unit of our hospital were divided into control group(n=100)and experimental group(n=100)using a random number table.The patients in the experimental group received bundle intervention combined with polyethylene film application,while the control group was given conventional nursing combined with polyethylene film application.After 2 weeks of intervention,the two groups were compared in terms of sample loss,the severity of keratopathy,and corneal epithelial cell shedding,and the incidence of complications and degree of satisfaction during the nursing period were recorded.Results:After nursing,there was no significant difference in sample loss between the two groups(P>0.05),and the experimental group had milder keratopathy than the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the experimental group had a significantly higher negative rate of both eyes(P<0.05),significantly lower incidence rates of conjunctival hyperemia,conjunctival exposure,and corneal exposure(P<0.05),and a significantly higher degree of satisfaction(91.00%vs 70.00%,P<0.05),as compared with the control group.Conclusion:Bundle intervention combined with polyethylene film application helps to alleviate the symptoms of keratopathy and reduce the incidence of complications,with great clinical signifi⁃cance.
