摘 要:以首届全国新能源汽车关键技术技能大赛——汽车装调工(新能源汽车轻量化技术)赛事为背景,在人机工程学的基础上,利用Solid Works软件设计出一款电动方程式赛车车架.通过将该车架简化为壳单元的研究模式,在Simulation中建立其有限元分析模型;接着对该车架进行静力学分析,总结其结构中可轻量化改进之处,从而有针对性的优化,以求降低车架的自重;然后将优化后的车架再进行弯曲、扭转、紧急制动和转弯等多种典型工况下的计算及模态分析,保证车架安全、可靠,防止共振破坏.With the background of the first National New Energy Vehicle Key Technical Skills Competition-Automobile Assembly and Adjustment(New Energy Vehicle Lightweight Technology)competition,based on ergonomics,the participating teams of our school used the software of Solid Works to design a formula electric racing frame;By simplifying the frame into a research model of shell elements,the finite element analysis model is established in Simulation,and then the frame is statically analyzed to summarize the light-weight improvements in its structure,thus targeted optimization,in order to reduce the self-weight of the frame,and then the optimized frame is subjected to calculation and modal analysis under various typical working conditions such as bending,torsion,emergency braking and turning to ensure the safety and reliability of the frame and prevent resonance damage.
