摘 要:针对平面四杆机构应用广泛,但轨迹偏差较大的问题,利用基于天牛须搜索的差分进化算法(BASDE)的新方法,旨在探讨改进差分进化算法,并减小四杆机构轨迹偏差,寻找更加合理的结构尺寸。通过MATLAB软件仿真的结果,可以看出四种优化方法中BASDE优化速度更快,收敛精度更高优化结果更好。将优化结果通过三维建模,在ADAMS软件中进行动力学仿真,结果表明优化后的机构执行点的角加速度和线加速度均有所减小,显示出机构轨迹偏差有所减小、运行更加平稳,运动轨迹更接近目标轨迹。Aiming at the problem that the planar four-bar linkage is widely used,but the track deviation is large,a new method of Differential Evolution algorithm based on Beetle Antennae Search algorithm(BASDE)is employed to reduce the track deviation of the four-bar mechanism and find a more reasonable structure size.The results of the MATLAB software simulation indicates that among the four optimization methods,BASDE has faster optimization speed,higher convergence accuracy and better optimization result.The three-dimensional model of the optimization result is built,and the dynamics simulation is performed in ADAMS software,which shows that the angular acceleration and linear acceleration of the optimized mechanism execution point are reduced,the trajectory deviation of the mechanism is reduced,the operation is more stable,and the motion trajectory is closer to the target trajectory.
