摘  要:轮径差是我国铁路重载货车运用中常见的一类问题,对车辆的运行稳定性和曲线通过性能有较大影响。为揭示轮径差对三大件式转向架曲线通过性能的影响规律,建立了某型敞车动力学模型,对比分析了四种不同形式轮径差下货车曲线动态响应。研究结果表明:不同种类轮径差对转向架通过曲线的影响有所不同,适当程度轮径差有利于车辆动态曲线通过;前导向轮轮径差状态下,小轮径车轮位于内轨侧时,脱轨系数、轮轨横向力、轮轴横向力三项指标更优;后随轮对轮径差状态下,小轮径车轮位于曲线外轨侧且速度小于70 km/h,更有利于其动态曲线通过;等值同相轮径差状态下,小轮径车轮位于内轨侧时,脱轨系数、轮轨横向力指标更优,反之,减载率、轮轴横向力指标较优;等值反相轮径差状态下,速度低于70 km/h时,转向架以一位轮对右轮小、二位轮对左轮小形态通过右曲线时,其脱轨系数、轮轨横向力、轮轴横向力更优,但轮重减载率更高。Wheel diameter difference(WDD)is a common problem in the operation of heavy haul freight wagons in China,which has a great impact on the running stability and curving negotiation performance of vehicles.To reveal the influence of the WDD on the curve negotiation performance of the three-piece bogies,a dynamic model of freight wagons has established.The dynamic response of freight wagons under four different types of the WDD was compared and analyzed.The results show that different types of the WDD have different effects on the curve negotiation performance,and the appropriate degree of the WDD is conducive to the curve negotiation.For the WDD of the first wheelset,the derailment coefficient,wheel-rail lateral force and wheel axle lateral force are smaller when the small wheel is put on the inner rail side.For the WDD of the second wheelset,the bogie is easy to negotiate the curve when the small wheel is put on the outer side of the curve with a speed limit of 70 km/h.As for the equivalent and in-phase WDD of the first and second wheelsets,the derailment coefficient and wheel-rail lateral force are smaller on condition that the small wheel is put on the inner rail,whereas the wheel load reduction and wheel axle lateral force are smaller when the small wheel is put on the outer side.For the equivalent and inverse WDD,the derailment coefficient,wheel-rail lateral force and wheel axle lateral force are smaller,but the wheel load reduction rate is higher.
