摘　　要：目的:分析宫颈癌治疗后患者的性生活状况和生活质量。方法:抽取2017年8月-2020年1月出院的宫颈癌患者150例,采取问卷调查的方式了解相关资料,明确调查宫颈癌治疗后患者的人口学资料、宫颈癌的诊断分期、接受治疗情况、并发症情况及接受性生活指导的情况等。检验性生活质量评分、生活质量评分及性生活频率。结果:患者治疗后性生活质量评分和生活质量评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后性生活频率明显减少,相比于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多种因素均可影响宫颈癌患者的性生活状况,因此应给予选择性的性生活指导,使患者的生理、心理状况得到改善,提升患者性生活质量。Objective:To analyze the sexual life status and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after treatment.Methods:From August 2017 to January 2020,150 patients with cervical cancer discharged from hospital were selected.To understand relevant information by means of questionnaire survey,demographic data,diagnosis and stage of cervical cancer,treatment,complications and sexual guidance of patients after treatment were clearly investigated.Test sexual quality of life score,quality of life score and sexual frequency.Results:The scores of sexual life quality and life quality after treatment were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients had significantly less sex after treatment than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Various factors can affect the sexual status of cervical cancer patients,therefore,it is necessary to give selective guidance on sexual life,so as to improve the physiological and psychological status of patients and enhance the quality of their sexual life.
