摘  要:目的:探讨BPL教学结合微信互动教学在心内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年3月心内科实习护生90名,随机分为两组,各45名。对照组开展常规教学模式,试验组选择PBL教学结合微信互动教学法,比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组实习生理论成绩及操作技能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组实习生思维能力、分析能力、沟通能力、合作能力及理论结合实际能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在内科护理带教中,采用BPL教学结合微信互动教学,取得了显著的效果,不仅提高了实习生的理论和操作考核成绩,还提升了实习生的综合能力。Objective:To explore the applied effect of BPL teaching combined with WeChat interactive teaching in nursing teaching of cardiology department.Methods:From June 2018 to March 2019,90 nursing students in cardiology department were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group carried out conventional teaching model.The experimental group selected PBL teaching combined with WeChat interactive teaching method.The teaching effect between two groups was compared.Results:The theoretical scores and operation skills of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of thinking ability,analysis ability,communication ability,cooperation ability and practical ability of interns in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:BPL teaching combined with WeChat interactive teaching has achieved remarkable results in medical nursing teaching,it not only improves the theoretical and operational assessment results of interns,but also improves the comprehensive ability of interns.
