摘  要:辣木(Moringa oleifera)是一种具有独特经济价值的热带落叶乔木,主产于我国云南。辣木具有丰富的营养成分,叶中蛋白质含量在25%以上,可作为动物良好的植物蛋白来源;辣木中同时含有多种活性成分,在促进繁殖器官发育、调节生殖激素分泌、改善抗氧化水平上具有重要作用。基于辣木的丰富营养成分和活性物质,近年来在动物饲料与功能食品开发上的研究也越来越多。本文对辣木的营养水平进行了查阅,并就其对动物繁殖性能的影响及对动物繁殖功能相关疾病的治疗作用进行了综述,以期为开发新型饲料资源与应用提供参考依据。Moringa oleifera,a plant mainly cultivated in Yunnan,is a kind of tropical deciduous tree with unique economic value.It is rich in nutrients with the leaf crude protein content of 25%,and can be used as a high quality plant protein source in animal feeds.Meanwhile,it contains a variety of active ingredients,plays important roles in improving reproduction organ development,regulating hormone secretion,and increasing antioxidant activity.Given its rich nutrients and bioactive substances,Moringa oleifera has been studied extensively in feed development and functional food.In this review,the nutritional level of Moringa oleifera is introduced,and the effects of its dietary supplementation on the reproduction development of model animals and livestock are summarized.The paper also reviews the therapeutic effects of Moringa oleifera on diseases related to animal reproduction.To explore the function of Moringa oleifera could provide insight into the development and application of new type of feed resource.
