摘　　要：目的探讨生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus活髓切断即刻修复术治疗年轻恒牙冠折的效果及对疼痛症状的影响。方法前瞻性选取2017年1月至2018年7月北京中医医院顺义医院收治40例年轻恒牙冠折患者,按照随机数字表法分成2组,每组各20例。对照组采纳氢氧化钙活髓切断术治疗,实验组采纳生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus活髓切断即刻修复术治疗。比较2组治疗2周、3个月、6个月、12个月后的修复成功率、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分以及患者满意度。结果实验组治疗2周后(100.00%)、3个月后(100.00%)、6个月后(95.00%)、12个月后(90.00%)成功率均高于对照组(80.00%、75.00%、65.00%、55.00%),实验组治疗2周后、3个月后VAS评分[(2.82±0.16)、(2.01±0.11)分]均低于对照组[(4.92±0.49)、(3.25±0.46)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组治疗6、12个月后VAS评分[(1.27±0.16)、(1.24±0.21)分]与对照组比较[(1.35±0.14)、(1.29±0.17)分],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者满意度(95.00%)高于参照组(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物陶瓷iRoot BP Plus活髓切断即刻修复可有效提高年轻恒牙冠折修复治疗成功率,减轻疼痛感,赢得患者认可、赞同,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of bioceramic iRoot BP Plus vital pulpotomy and immediate restoration for the treatment of young permanent teeth with crown fracture and its influence on pain symptoms.Methods A total of 40 young patients with crown fracture admitted to Shunyi Hospital,Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to July 2018 were prospectively selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with calcium hydroxide active medullary amputation,while the experimental group was treated with bioceramics iRoot BP Plus active medullary amputation and immediate repair.The repair success rate,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the two groups after treatment for 2 weeks,3 months,6 months,and 12 months and patient satisfaction were compared.The success rate of repair,VAS score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment(100.00%),3 months(100.00%),6 months(95.00%)and 12 months(90.00%),the success rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,75.00%,65.00%,55.00%).The VAS scores of the experimental group[(2.82±0.16),(2.01±0.11)points]after 2 weeks of treatment and 3 months after treatment were lower than those of the control group[(4.92±0.49),(3.25±0.46)points],the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05);Compared with VAS score of the experimental group[(1.27±0.16),(1.24±0.21)points]and the control group[(1.35±0.14),(1.29±0.17)points]after 6 months and 12 months of treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(60.00%),the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Immediate repair of bioceramics iRoot BP Plus live pulp cutting can effectively improve the success rate of young permanent crown restoration and reduce pain,which has won the recognition and approval of pat
