摘 要:目前,恶性骨肿瘤的治疗目标是通过缩短住院时间和改善临床症状来减轻疼痛和预防并发症。标准治疗包括局部治疗(放疗、手术)和全身治疗(化疗、激素和止痛药)等。然而,由于这些患者的预期寿命短和生活质量差,人们对微创方法的需求越来越高。微创消融技术基于影像成像设备的引导,可以达到消融病变而不对健康组织造成损害的目的,包括射频消融(radiofrequency ablation,RFA)、微波消融(microwave ablation,MWA)、高强度聚焦超声消融(high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation,HIFUA)、低温等离子消融和冷冻消融。这些技术的出现为恶性骨肿瘤治疗提供了新策略。Nowadays,the treatment goals for malignant bone tumors are to palliate pain and prevent complications by reducing the length of hospital stay and improving clinical symptoms.Standard treatments include localized(radiation and surgery)and systemic therapies(chemotherapy,hormones,and analgesics),etc.However,due to the short life expectancy and poor quality of life in these patients,there is a growing demand for minimally invasive methods.Minimally invasive ablation technology is based on the guidance of imaging equipment,which can achieve the purpose of ablation of lesions without damage to healthy tissues,including radiofrequency ablation(RFA),microwave ablation(MWA),high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation(HIFUA),low-temperature plasma ablation and cryoablation.The emergence of these technologies has provided new strategies for the treatment of malignant bone tumors.
