摘  要:以多体动力学和有限元为基础,提出了中低速EMS型磁悬浮列车-多跨简支梁桥耦合振动精细化分析方法,并对车桥模型的正确性进行了验证。复杂的车桥模型包含磁浮车辆结构、悬浮系统、控制系统、桥梁结构和轨道不平顺。磁浮列车的各个参数以及桥梁动力方程的系数矩阵都能在自编程序中进行设置并完成计算,致使程序能够适应不同EMS型磁浮列车与不同桥梁之间的耦合振动分析。磁浮列车行驶在连续多跨简支梁桥上的相互作用研究结果表明:(1)中间车体的动力响应要小于前车和后车;(2)由于简支梁桥刚度较大,轨道不平顺主要对车辆的动力响应有影响;(3)中低速磁浮列车行驶速度对气隙和车体振动影响较大,而对桥梁的振动影响小,车体的振幅随着车速增大先增大后减小,在车速为56.7 km/h时最大。Based on the multi-body dynamics and finite element method,the analysis method of coupled vibration in middle and low speed maglev vehicle and multi-span simply supported bridge is proposed,and the correctness of the maglev vehicle-bridge model is verified.The complex vehicle-bridge model includes maglev vehicle structure,suspension system,control system,bridge structure and track irregularity.The parameters of maglev vehicle and the coefficient matrices of bridge dynamic equation can be set in the self-programed computer procedure,so that the program can adapt to the coupling vibration analysis between different EMS maglev trains and different bridges.The results show that:(1)the dynamic response of the intermediate car body is less than that of the front and rear vehicles;(2)the track irregularity mainly affects the dynamic response of the vehicle due to the large stiffness of the simply supported beam;(3)the speed of the medium and low speed maglev train has a great influence on the air gap and vehicle body vibration while the influence on the bridge vibration is small,and the amplitude of the body displacement first increases and then decreases with the increase of vehicle speed,and reaches the maximum at the speed of 56.7 km/h.
