摘  要:肿瘤是人类疾病中最难攻克的一种,化学治疗是主要的治疗方式之一。新的、有效的化疗药物的探索与开发,对于肿瘤患者的治疗和预后具有重大意义。生物碱是重要的药物来源之一,且具有多种生物活性,一些生物碱对肿瘤具有明确的抑制作用。有些生物碱早已应用于肿瘤的临床治疗,并且疗效显著。金雀花碱具有多种生理活性及药理作用,主要用于戒烟治疗。近期研究发现,金雀花碱及其化合物对于肿瘤也具有明确的抑制作用。本文就金雀花碱及其化合物与肿瘤的相关研究进行综述,为肿瘤化学药物的研发提供新的见解。Tumor is one of the most difficult diseases for human beings to overcome,and chemotherapy is one of the most common treatment methods for tumors.The exploration and development of new and effective chemotherapy drugs are of great significance to the treatment and prognosis of cancer patients.Alkaloids are one of the important sources of drugs and have a variety biological activity.Some alkaloids have definitely inhibitory efficacies on tumors.Some alkaloids have been used in the clinical treatment of cancer for a long time,and the therapeutic efficacy is remarkable.Cytisine has a variety of physiological activities and pharmacological efficacies,which is mainly used in the treatment of smoking cessation.Recent studies have found that cytisine and its compounds also have definitely inhibitory efficacies on tumor.The related researches of cytisine and its compounds in tumors were reviewed in this paper,which provided new insights for the research and development of tumor chemical drugs.
