中西医结合治疗视神经视网膜病变的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗视神经视网膜病变的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月于荆门市中医医院收治的100例视神经视网膜病变患者作为研究对象。按照数字表法将其均分为观察组(n=50)及对照组(n=50)。对照组实施常规西医治疗,观察组以此为基础实施中西医结合对症治疗,对两组的疗效、不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果观察组的总体有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的总体有效率80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论视神经视网膜病变的病型有多种,通过中西医结合对症治疗能够提升此类疾病的疗效,值得在临床中推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of neuroretinopathy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods A total of 100 patients with neuroretinopathy admitted to Jingmen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with symptomatic treatment based on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The therapeutic efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs)of the t wo groups were compared.Results The overall efficacy rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of ADRs between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion There are many types of neuroretinopathy.Meanwhile,symptomatic treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the therapeutic efficacy of this kind of disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
