摘 要:本研究旨在探讨高校体育教师面对不同授课对象时,价值取向对课程决策的影响。教育价值取向是本研究的理论基础。本研究主要解决三个问题:在体育课中,教师对学生的学习目标和期望是什么?为什么教师重视这些目标?学生对项目目标和期望的理解程度如何?数据收集来源于课堂观察、课后访谈以及价值取向问卷量表,数据分析运用持续比较的方式进行。研究结果:教师的价值取向对课程决定有着紧密联系。高校教师不同价值取向,对课程决策的影响因授课对象不同而不同。文章最后运用动态系统理论阐述价值观对课程决策过程的影响,将教育系统置于生态环境中,价值取向成为其中的一个吸引因子。价值取向在课程决策中所扮演的角色受到外部环境的影响而降低或增强。This study aims to explore the Influence of value orientation in curriculum decision-making when college physical education teachers face different teaching objects.The educational value orientation is the theoretical basis of this study.This research mainly solves three problems:In physical education,what are the teachers'learning goals and expectations for students?Why do teachers value these goals?How well do students understand the project goals and expectations?Data collection comes from classroom observations,teacher and student interviews,and value orientation questionnaire surveys.Data analysis is conducted using continuous comparison.The result shows that the value orientation of teachers is closely related to the curriculum decision.The impact of different value orientations of college teachers on curriculum decision-making differs depending on the target of teaching.In the end,the article uses dynamic system theory to explain the influence of values on the course decision-making process.The education system is placed in an ecological environment.Value orientation becomes an attractive factor.The role of value orientation in course decision-making is reduced or enhanced by the influence of external environment.
