摘  要:文章阐述了本学院化学化工类双语教学(英汉)系列课程建设的研究与实践。通过搭建“专业科学知识教学与英语应用互通平台”和“双语教学与科研互通平台”,我们进行了课程体系及内容建设,教学方法和手段的改革;建立多元化分层次双语教学新模式。国家教育部于2001年9月教高4号文件提出:国家重点建设大学三年内“双语教学”的课程比例要达到10%。国家教育部于2007年颁发的《关于进一步深化本科教学改革全面提高教学质量的若干意见》中要求:鼓励开展双语教学工作,鼓励和支持留学回国人员用英语讲授专业课程,坚持教授上讲台,保证为学生提供高质量教学。在内蒙古大学教务处的大力支持下,化学化工学院根据化学专业教学设置和师资力量的实际状况,于2005前后相继开设了“工程材料科学与设计”“精细化学品化学”“社会有机化学”和“分析化学”双语系列课程。In this paper,research and practice on curriculum construction of chemistry and chemical engineering bilingual courses was elaborated.Based on communicating bridges of professional knowledge with English application and bilingual teaching with scientific research,bilingual curriculum system was built,teaching methods were reformed and multiple layered teaching modes were established.In September 2001,No.4 document of the Ministry of Education of The People's Republic of China required that the proportion of"bilingual teaching"should reach 10%within three years.In 2007,the Ministry of Education issued several opinions on Further Deepening undergraduate Teaching Reform and Improving Teaching Quality in an All-round way,which clearly stipulated that bilingual teaching should be encouraged,professional courses taught in English by returnees should be encouraged and supported,and professors should be on the platform to ensure high-quality teaching for students.With the strong support of the Academic Affairs Office of Inner Mongolia University,the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering has opened a series of bilingual courses of"Engineering Material Science and Design","Fine chemical Chemistry","Social organic chemistry"and"Analytical Chemistry"in 2005 after careful investigation and according to the actual situation of the teaching staff of chemistry major.
