摘　　要：感觉性失语症(WA)是一类好发于脑血管病患者的言语障碍问题,患者因理解能力受损导致交流困难,严重影响日常生活与工作。目前针对感觉性失语症的治疗方法主要分为3类,第1类是以针刺为代表的传统疗法,第2类是语言训练技术,训练患者的言语功能,主要是理解能力;第3类是非侵入性技术,通过大脑皮层突触重整和功能重组的方式,达到促进言语功能恢复的目的,3种方式的恢复机制与疗效各不相同。本文对传统疗法、语言训练技术和非侵入性治疗进行综述,以期为感觉性失语症的治疗提供参考。Wernicke aphasia(WA)is a type of speech disorder that occurs in patients with cerebrovascular disease.The patient has difficulty communicating due to impaired understanding,which seriously affects daily life and work.At present,the treatment methods for wernicke aphasia are mainly divided into three categories.The first category is traditional therapy represented by acupuncture,and the second category is language training techniques,which train the patient's speech function,mainly understanding;the third category is a non-invasive technology that promotes the recovery of speech function through synaptic reorganization and functional reorganization of the cerebral cortex.The recovery mechanism and efficacy of the three methods are different.This article reviews traditional therapies,language training techniques and non-invasive treatments in order to provide references for the treatment of wernicke aphasia.
