摘　　要：休闲农业与乡村旅游是实现乡村振兴、脱贫致富的重要途径之一,经营者的素质能力是其成败的关键。培训是提高经营者素质能力的重要方式,了解经营者的培训需求和现状则是制定科学有效的培训策略以及顺利开展培训工作的基础。采用问卷调查、现场访谈、实地观察等方法,对广西区内164家休闲农业与乡村旅游园区的主要经营负责人进行调查分析,结果发现,休闲农业与乡村旅游相关培训在经营者中的普及率较高;开会学习和座谈交流是较为常用的培训方式;培训目的主要是学习技能,增长见识,与同行交流;培训内容是影响培训效果的主要因素;授课方式大多数选择参观学习;培训时长比较易于接受的是4~7天。建议在开展休闲农业与乡村旅游经营者的素质和能力培训时,应以:目标为始,构建长短结合的教学体系;内容为基,设置需求导向的培训课程;教师为本,打造专长互补的教师团队;研创为伴,建立全程个性的培训方式,以提升培训质量,助力乡村振兴。Leisure agriculture and rural tourism is one of the important ways to realize rural rejuvenation and get rid of poverty and become rich.Training is an important way to improve the quality and ability of operators.Understanding the training needs and current situation of operators is the basis for formulating scientific and effective training strategies and carrying out training work smoothly.By means of question⁃naire survey,on-site interview and field observation,the main managers of 164 leisure agriculture and ru⁃ral tourism parks in Guangxi were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that the popularization rate of training related to leisure agriculture and rural tourism was higher among the operators.Meeting study and discussion exchange are commonly applied for training methods.The purpose of training is to learn skills,broaden knowledge,and communicate with peers.Training content is the main factor affect⁃ing the effectiveness of training.Most of the teaching methods choose to visit and study.The length of train⁃ing is 4-7 days.It is suggested that training courses should be set up based on demand orientation when improving the quality and ability training of leisure agriculture and rural tourism operators.To build a pro⁃fessional training team based on teachers with complementary expertise,and apply research and innova⁃tion to promote the development of precision training models,so as to improve the quality of training and help rural revitalization.
