高职院校科技成果转化的知识产权制度探析

摘　　要：在国家加快实施创新驱动发展战略的大背景下,高校科技成果转化步入快车道。但高职院校的科技成果转化效率仍然较低,其知识产权制度还无法顺应当前科技成果转化的步伐。为此,从知识产权运行机制、权力归属、风险控制、激励保障四个方面分析我国高职院校科技成果转化动力不足的原因,并提出相关的优化建议。Under the background of accelerating the implementation of innovation driven development strategy,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities has stepped into the fast lane.However,the efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in higher vocational colleges is still low,and its intellectual property system can’t adapt to the pace of the current transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Therefore,the author analyzes the reasons for the lack of motivation for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in higher vocational colleges from four aspects:the operation mechanism of intellectual property rights,the ownership of power,risk control and incentive guarantee,and puts forward relevant optimization suggestions.
