摘　　要：目的研究体外延伸野放疗提高腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移的局部晚期宫颈癌生存预后的效果。方法选取2016年12月至2019年12月于本院接受治疗的主动脉旁淋巴结转移的局部晚期宫颈癌患者120例,根据放疗方式的不同分为两组,各60例。对照组采取常规同步化疗方案,观察组采取体外延伸野放疗联合同步化疗方案,比较两组患者治疗效果、预后及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率和3年内生存率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论体外延伸野放疗联合同步化疗方案治疗腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移的局部晚期宫颈癌患者临床疗效显著,且不会增加不良反应发生率,是一种理想的主动脉旁淋巴结转移的局部晚期宫颈癌治疗方式,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To study the effect of extracorporeal extended field radiotherapy on the survival and prognosis of locally advanced cervical cancer with metastasis to the abdominal aortic lymph nodes.Methods A total of 120 locally advanced cervical cancer patients with para-aortic lymph node metastasis who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to different radiotherapy methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group took the conventional concurrent chemotherapy regimen,and the observation group took the extracorporeal extended field radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy regimen to compare the treatment effect,prognosis and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency and survival rate within 3 years of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Extracorporeal extended field radiotherapy combined with concurrent chemotherapy has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer patients with para-aortic lymph node metastasis without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is an ideal para-aortic lymph node metastatic locally advanced cervical cancer.The treatment method has high clinical application value.
