摘　　要：目的探究醒脑静注射液对脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞比容(HCT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月在本院接受治疗的100例脑梗死患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,各50例。对照组给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予醒脑静注射液。比较两组临床疗效、血清CRP、HCT、FIB水平及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、HCT、FIB水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论脑梗死患者采用醒脑静注射液治疗可提高临床疗效,改善血清CRP、HCT、FIB水平,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection on serum C reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte specific volume(HCT)and fibrinogen(FIB)levels in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy of atropase,the observation group was given Xingnaojing injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum CRP,HCT,FIB level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had lower CRP,HCT,FIB levels than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of cerebral infarction patients with Xingnaojing injection can improve the clinical efficacy,Improving serum CRP,HCT,FIB levels,And high security.
