摘　　要：警察类高职院校加强"警"字特色校园文化建设对于提高学生警务素养、塑造警务精神意义重大。从"警"字特色校园文化建设存在的主要问题、原因分析以及建设路径三个方面加以探析,重点落在"警"字特色校园文化建设路径的分析研判上。从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化、行为文化四个方面切入,从整合资源、优化管理、校企合作、社团引领四个举措加以分析论证,以期找到"警"字特色校园文化建设的有效路径。It is of great significance for police vocational colleges to strengthen campus culture construction with“police”character to improve students’police accomplishment and shape police spirit.This article intends to analyze the main problems,reasons and construction path of the campus culture construction with the“police”character,and focuses on the analysis and judgment of the construction path of campus culture with the“police”characteristics:to start with the material culture,institutional culture,spiritual culture and behavioral culture,and analyze and demonstrate the four measures of integrating resources,optimizing management,school-enterprise cooperation and the association leading,so as to find the effective path for the construction of campus culture with“police”character.
