半夏泻心汤辅助治疗肝脾不和型消化性溃疡的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究半夏泻心汤辅助奥美拉唑治疗肝脾不和型消化性溃疡(PU)患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年11月于东莞市企石医院中医内科门诊就诊的74例肝脾不和型PU患者作为研究对象,采用抛硬币法分为对照组和研究组,每组各37例。对照组予以奥美拉唑治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合半夏泻心汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、症状积分、炎症因子水平以及不良反应情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组胃脘疼痛、嗳气、反酸的证候积分和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤辅助奥美拉唑治疗肝脾不和型PU,可改善患者胃脘疼痛、嗳气、反酸等临床症状及炎症情况。Objective To explore the clinical effects of application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer(PU)with disharmony of liver and spleen.Methods A total of 74 cases of PU patients with liver and spleen discordant type who were treated in Outpatients Department of Traditional Internal Medicine of Dongguan Qishi Hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the coin flip method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Omeprazole,and the study group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The total clinical effective rate,symptom score,inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The syndrome integrals of gastric cavity pain,belching,acid reflux and interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Omeprazole has clinical effect in the treatment of PU with disharmony of liver and spleen,which can improve the patients'clinical symptoms and inflammations.
