通窍活血汤联合加兰他敏对阿尔茨海默病患者脑干诱发电位及认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究通窍活血汤联合加兰他敏对阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者脑干诱发电位与认知功能的影响。方法选取2017年9月~2019年6月就诊于岳阳市中医院的90例AD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采用加兰他敏治疗,观察组采用通窍活血汤联合加兰他敏治疗,两组均治疗4个月。比较两组疗效、脑干诱发电位与简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分。结果治疗4个月后,观察组总有效率、波幅波Ⅲ、波Ⅴ与MMSE评分高于对照组,潜伏期波Ⅲ、波Ⅴ低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通窍活血汤联合加兰他敏可改善AD患者的认知功能,缩短AD患者脑干诱发电位潜伏期,增加脑干诱发电位波幅,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with Galantamine on brainstem evoked potentials and cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods A total of 90 patients with AD who were treated in Yueyang Hospital of Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Galantamine,and the observation group was treated with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with Galantamine.Both groups were treated for 4 months.The curative effect,brainstem evoked potential and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 months of treatment,the total effective rate,wave Ⅲ,wave Ⅴ,and MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the latency wave Ⅲ and wave Ⅴ were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with Galantamine can improve the cognitive function of AD patients,shorten the latency of brainstem evoked potentials and increase the amplitude of brainstem evoked potentials in AD patients.
