摘　　要：研学导师是研学旅行质量的重要保障。研学导师是一个综合体、全能型的职业,应具有良好的品德、知识等基本素质,具备组织、协调、风控等基本能力,研学导师应该是一种复合型的人才。要加强对研学导师的培训和考核,以提高研学导师的整体素质和能力。Research travel tutors are the important guarantee for the quality of research travel.They are involved with a complex and all-round career,and they should be interdisciplinary talents with good moral character,knowledge and other basic qualities such as organization,coordination and risk control.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the training and assessment for research travel tutors so as to improve their overall quality.
