摘　　要：新媒体背景下微课视频案例教学模式一种基于网络的师范生微格教学训练模式,在一个开放式的互联网交流平台中,该训练模式对师范生微格训练前的观摩学习环节,微格教学后的点评反思环节及教学案例库评价系统进行有效地整合,通过对某地方高校师范专业学科微格训练课程案例视频教学资源库进行构建的实践证明,这种微格教学视频训练实训模式对师范专业创新人才培养具有积极意义。Under the background of new media,micro-lesson video case teaching mode is a network-based microteaching mode for training normal students.In an open Internet communication platform,the training mode can effectively integrate the learning link before microteaching training,the review and reflection link after microteaching training,as well as the evaluation system for case teaching recourses together.The teaching practice of constructing case recourses database in microteaching training in a local university has proved that the microteaching video training model has positive significance to the training of innovative talents for the education major.
