摘 要:武汉地铁8号线越江隧道作为国内大直径、首条设置双层衬砌的单洞双线地铁盾构隧道,具有隧道断面大、距离长、水压高、地层复杂、周边敏感风险源多等特点,设计难度极大。结合其建设环境条件及施工风险等因素,采用理论研究、文献调研、经验总结等方法,对越江隧道总体设计及关键技术进行总结分析,结果表明:(1)单洞双线方案及特有的横断面设计既满足行车排烟要求,又避免了施作江边超深风井及江底联络通道;(2)为满足越江隧道安全性高的要求,隧道采用管片与底部非封闭内衬的双层叠合衬砌结构设计;(2)为解决高水压难题,结构防水设计采用管片外侧环形防水层、管片自防水、管片接缝及内衬防水的多道防水措施;(4)采用复合式泥水平衡盾构和常压换刀技术,解决了复合地层掘进速度慢、刀具磨损快、更换难、刀盘结泥饼等众多难题;(5)采用加强盾构端头加固设计及水中接收技术,解决了强透水地层浅覆土大盾构接收难题。The Yangtze river-crossing tunnel of Wuhan Metro Line 8 is the largest double track subway single shield tunnel in China with double-layer superimposed lining.However,it is difficult to design due to its large tunnel section,long distance,high water pressure,complex strata,and many sensitive surrounding risk sources.In view of the factors of engineering environmental conditions and tunnel construction risks,the overall design and key techniques of the Yangtze river-crossing tunnel are summarized and analyzed by means of theoretical research,literature research and summary of experiences.The results show that:1)The single tunnel double track scheme and unique cross-section design not only meet the requirements of exhausting driving-generated smoke,but also avoid the implementation of ultra-deep interval ventilation shaft along the Yangtze River and connecting channels at the bottom of the Yangtze River.2)In order to meet the high safety requirements of the Yangtze river-crossing tunnel,the tunnel adopts double-layer lining structure design of segmental lining with unclosed second lining at the bottom.3)In order to solve the problem of high water pressure,the structural waterproof design adopts multiple waterproof measures such as the annular waterproof layer on the outer side of the segment,the self-waterproofing of the segment and the waterproofing of the joint of the segment and the inner lining.4)The use of composite slurry balance shield and cutter replacing technology under atmospheric pressure solve many problems such as slow excavation speed,fast cutter wear,difficult cutter replacement in composite stratum and mud cake formation on the cutter head.5)The use of reinforced shield end reinforcement design and underwater receiving technology solve the problem of accommodating large shield with shallow overburden soil in strong permeable stratum.
