摘 要:研究超大直径隧道不同角度下穿既有隧道对其变形的影响,对超大直径盾构施工控制尤为重要。以上海市北横通道盾构下穿地铁11号线工程为研究背景,采用数值模拟与现场实测相结合的方法,分析超大直径盾构施工引起的既有双线隧道变形,得到不同叠交角度下既有隧道变形规律。超大直径盾构施工会导致既有隧道在叠交范围内产生沉降,叠交范围两侧出现上浮,使既有隧道衬砌呈倾斜的“竖鸭蛋”形状。叠交角度是影响既有隧道变形的重要因素,角度越小,既有隧道变形越大。叠交角度的存在还会使既有隧道在叠交环两侧产生不对称竖向变形,角度越小,变形差异越大,且既有隧道在靠近掘进方向一侧会产生较大上浮。因此,超大直径盾构以较小角度穿越既有隧道时可对叠交范围和靠近掘进方向一侧的既有隧道进行加固。It is particularly important to study the influence on the deformation of the existing tunnels when the super diameter tunnel passes through at different angles.Based on the project of North-Cross Tunnel in Shanghai passing under Metro Line 11,the deformation of the existing tunnel caused by the construction of shield tunneling is analyzed by the methods of numerical simulation and field measurement,and the deformation law at different overlapping angles is obtained.The super large diameter shield causes the settlement of the existing tunnel in the overlapping range and the uplift outside the overlapping range,and shapes the existing tunnel lining as an inclined“duck egg”.The overlapping angle is an important factor affecting the deformation of the existing tunnel.The deformation increases with the decrease of the overlapping angle.The overlapping angle also leads to the asymmetric vertical deformation on both sides of the overlapping ring in the existing tunnel,and a decreased overlapping angle leads to a larger difference.The existing tunnel has a larger uplift near the driving direction.Therefore,when the super large diameter shield tunneling passes under the existing tunnel at a small angle,it can reinforce the existing tunnel in the overlapping range and on the side close to the driving direction.
