区块链背景下国家教育考试诚信体系重构

摘　　要：尽管我国考试诚信制度建设不断完善,但诚信缺失问题仍然大量存在,其主要原因在于诚信教育强度不够、考试作弊违法成本过低、涉及多头管理权责不清以及作弊甄别和防御技术手段落后。区块链技术的出现从根本上改变了考试诚信体系的结构和表现形式,其不可篡改、非对称加密、智能合约等特质契合了考试诚信体系建设的需求。在此背景之下,对国家教育考试诚信体系重构路径进行探讨:利用不可篡改技术使诚信教育不囿于课堂从而重构考试诚信教育机制;利用时间戳技术使考试过程全程留痕;利用非对称加密技术和智能合约简化学习流程及认证方式;利用可追溯性精准溯源重构失信行为惩戒机制。这些措施为教育考试诚信体系的建设提供了一个新的思路。The construction of the examination integrity system in our country has been continuously improved,but the lack of integrity still exists in large numbers.The main reasons are insufficient integrity education,low cost of illegal examination cheating,unclear powers and responsibilities involving multiple managements,and backward technical means to distinguish and prevent cheating.The emergence of blockchain technology has fundamentally changed the structure and manifestation of the examination integrity system.Its characteristics such as non-tamperability,asymmetric encryption,and smart contracts meet the needs of the construction of an examination integrity system.Under this background,reconstruction paths of the national educational examination integrity system are explored including using non-tamperable technology to make integrity education not confined to the classroom to reconstruct the integrity education mechanism of the exam,using time stamp technology to leave traces throughout the exam process,using asymmetric encryption technology and smart contracts to simplify the learning process and authentication methods,and using traceability to accurately trace the source to reconstruct the punishment of dishonesty behavior mechanism.These countermeasures will provide a new way of thinking for the exploration of our country’s educational examination integrity system.
