摘 要:针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)传统模型预测转矩控制(MPTC)中逆变器开关频率较高的问题,提出将减小开关次数也作为成本函数控制目标之一,构建包括定子磁链控制、转矩控制和开关次数控制在内的多目标成本函数,通过搜索法确定了开关次数权重系数。提出自适应变权重系数控制策略:系统动态下,将开关次数权重系数设置为零,静态下,使用固定的稳态开关次数权重系数,并同时采用搜索法确定稳态开关次数权重系数。进一步提出模糊自适应变权重系数控制策略,可根据电机运行状态,采用模糊控制动态输出更合理的稳态开关次数权重系数。仿真结果表明:考虑开关次数控制的成本函数能有效减小平均开关频率。与固定权重系数的成本函数相比,自适应变权重系数的成本函数可在相同平均开关频率下降低磁链和转矩脉动。模糊自适应变权重系数的成本函数可进一步降低逆变器平均开关频率,有效抑制转矩与磁链脉动。Aiming at the problem of high switching frequency in conventional model predictive torque control(MPTC)of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),decreasing switching number is considered as one of control objects in the cost function of MPTC.The cost function including the control of torque,stator flux and switching number is designed.Using search method weight coefficient of switching number was determined.And the control strategy using adaptive dynamic weight coefficient was proposed:at dynamic state,weight coefficient of switching number was set to zero;at steady state,a constant weight coefficient was adopted to decrease switching number.And the steady weight coefficient was also determined using search method.Furthermore,adaptive dynamic weight coefficient using fuzzy control was proposed which uses fuzzy controller to output the steady weight coefficient according to torque and speed error.Simulation results show cost function which considers decreasing switching number can decrease average switching frequency.Compared with cost function with constant weight coefficient of switching number,cost function with adaptive dynamic weight coefficient can decrease stator flux and torque’s ripples with the same average switching frequency.And cost function with adaptive dynamic weight coefficient using fuzzy control can decrease switching frequency and suppress stator flux and torque’s ripples.
