大块填充树脂对儿童龋齿牙齿损伤修复的近远期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨大块填充树脂对儿童龋齿牙齿损伤修复的近远期疗效。方法选择新疆乌鲁木齐市武警兵团总队医院2017年3月至2018年10月收治的76例需行儿童龋齿牙齿损伤修复患儿,根据随机数字表法,将所有患儿分为观察组及对照组,每组38例,对照组患儿给予传统树脂充填,观察组患儿给予大块填充树脂,对比两组患儿的治疗效果、并发症发生情况及治疗后1年的磨损率,治疗前后的牙周探诊深度、菌斑指数、附着丧失及出血指数。结果观察组患儿的治疗有效率明显较对照组高;治疗前,两组患儿的牙周探诊深度、菌斑指数、附着丧失及出血指数对比无统计学意义,治疗后以上指标均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,两组患儿并发症发生率对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1年,观察组磨损率明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论与传统树脂充填相比,大块填充树脂对儿童龋齿牙齿损伤修复的近远期疗效较佳,且应用安全。Objective To explore the short-term and long-term effects of filling resin on children’s decayed teeth repair.Methods From March 2017 to October 2018,76 children with dental caries were selected from the General Hospital of the Armed Police Corps in Urumqi,Xinjiang.According to the method of random number table,all children were divided into observation group and control group,in each group of 38 cases,the children in the control group were given the traditional resin filling,and the children in the observation group were given the large piece of resin filling,The therapeutic effects,complications and the rate of abrasion 1 year after treatment,periodontal probing depth,plaque index,adhesion loss and bleeding index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;before treatment,the depth of periodontal probing,plaque index,adhesion loss index and bleeding index of the two groups were not statistically significant,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the incidence of complications in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).1 year after treatment,the wear rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional resin filling,bulk filling resin has better short-term and long-term curative effect,and it is safe to use.
