摘  要:以离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([BMIM]BF_(4))为改性剂,分别采用玉米淀粉(S)、羧甲基淀粉(CMS)和羟丙基淀粉(HPS)制备了淀粉/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)共混材料,利用红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、热重分析、差式扫描量热分析及力学性能测试等方法研究了共混材料的结构与性能。结果表明,[BMIM]BF_(4)可破坏淀粉的原有氢键,降低淀粉/PBS的结晶度、提高淀粉与PBS的相容性。[BMIM]BF_(4)对采用不同结构淀粉制备的淀粉/PBS共混材料作用效果不同,淀粉中取代基的空间位阻及静电斥力有利于提高[BMIM]BF_(4)与大分子的相互作用,使[BMIM]BF_(4)的改性作用增强。[BMIM]BF_(4)对采用不同结构淀粉制备的淀粉/PBS共混材料改性作用强度为:CMS/PBS>HPS/PBS>S/PBS。在所研究的淀粉/PBS共混材料中,[BMIM]BF_(4)与CMS/PBS共混体系的相互作用最强,体系相容性最好,共混材料的断裂伸长率最高,韧性最好。Using ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole tetrafluoroborate([BMIM]BF_(4))as modifier,starch/polybutylene succinate(PBS)blends were prepared with corn starch(S),carboxymethyl starch(CMS)and hydroxypropyl starch(HPS),respectively.The structure and properties of different starch/PBS blends were studied by FT-IR,SEM,XRD,TGA,DSC and mechanical property test.The results show that[BMIM]BF_(4) can destroy the original hydrogen bonds of starch,reduce the crystallinity of starch/PBS,and improve the compatibility of starch with PBS.[BMIM]BF_(4) has different effects on starch/PBS blends prepared from starches with different structures.The steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion of the substituents in the starch can inhibit the crystallization of starch,which is beneficial for the interactions between ionic liquids and macromolecules and can enhance the modification effects of the ionic liquid.The modification effect of[BMIM]BF_(4) on starch/PBS blends prepared with different structure starch is as follows:CMS/PBS>HPS/PBS>S/PBS.Among the starch/PBS blends of different structure starch,[BMIM]BF_(4) has the strongest interaction with the carboxymethyl starch/PBS blend system,and the system has the best compatibility.The blend material has the highest elongation at break and the best toughness.
