摘  要:为缓解大型活动交通拥堵,针对活动期间拥堵演化特征以及交通需求和道路时空资源的耦合关系,研究以精细化管控为导向的、基于红波和绿波理念的干线协调控制系统方法。面向大型活动期间的线拥堵和辅助局域网络拥堵疏解的要求,构建干线协调控制的基本框架,进而确定决策交叉口,采用图解法分情况研究了红波协调控制相位差和绿波协调控制相位差的确定,给出了计算模型。结合2个真实路段采集的交通数据,对提出的方法和模型进行了仿真测试。结果表明,基于红波、绿波理念的干线协调控制可有效均分交通压力,瓶颈交叉口拥堵状况得到缓解,平均排队长度相比现状方案降幅分别为72%和70%;整个干线交通流有序性得以增强,车辆通过流量相比现状方案增幅分别为19%和22%。所提方法在现有交通设施条件下,协调优化道路交通系统的时空要素,有利于提升大型活动期间路网运行效率、改善活动参与者和居民出行品质。In order to mitigate traffic congestion during special events,a detailed management and control oriented methodology of coordinated control of urban arterial is studied based on the concept of red wave and green wave,considering evolution rules of congestion and coupling relationship between traffic demand and road resources.Aiming at line congestion and requirement of assistant for congestion mitigation of local area network during special events,a basic framework of the arterial coordinated control is constructed,and then a decision intersection is determined.Graphical method is used to study the determination of offset of red wave coordinated control and green wave coordinated control under multiple conditions,and calculation models are developed.The proposed method and model are simulated using traffic data of two actual arteries.The results show that the arterial coordinated control based on the concept of red wave and green wave can equally divide traffic pressures,mitigate the congestion of bottleneck intersection.Compared with the current plans,the average queue length of proposed method decrease by 72%and 70%,respectively;the traffic volume increase by 19%and 22%,respectively.It can also strengthen the orderliness of arterial traffic.The proposed methodology and model can coordinate and optimize the space-time elements of the road traffic system under existing traffic facilities conditions,which is conducive to increase the road network efficiency and improve travel qualities of participants and residents during special events.
