摘　　要：通过查阅近年脑卒中后肩手综合征的一般治疗、中药治疗、西药治疗、针灸治疗等研究近况进行综述,指出目前治疗以中西医结合治疗为主,但发病机制尚不明确、缺乏统一的治疗程序和标准。By consulting the recent research status of general treatment, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, western medicine treatment and acupuncture treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke in recent years, it is pointed out that integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is the main treatment at present. However, the pathogenesis is not clear, lack of unified treatment procedures and standards.
