创业导向与创新绩效的关系研究——一个有调节的中介模型

摘　　要：目的研究针对创业导向对创新绩效的作用机制问题。方法基于导向——行为与文化——绩效的理论逻辑,运用SPSS 23.0和AMOS 22.0对214份有效问卷进行实证分析。结果创业导向对创新绩效有显著的正向影响;任务导向型个人主动性和关系导向型个人主动性在创业导向对创新绩效的关系中均存在部分中介作用;未来导向在创业导向对关系导向型个人主动性的关系中存在调节作用。结论创业导向通过任务导向型/关系导向型个人主动性对创新绩效产生促进作用,未来导向调节创业导向和关系导向型个人主动性之间的关系。Objective To study the effect mechanism of entrepreneurship orientation on innovation performance.Methods Based on the theoretical logic of orientation-behavior and culture-performance,an empirical analysis of 214 valid questionnaires was conducted using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0.Results Entrepreneurship orientation had a significant positive effect on innovation performance.Task-oriented individual initiative and relationship-oriented individual initiative played a partial mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurship orientation and innovation performance.Future orientation plays a moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and relationship-oriented individual initiative.Conclusion Entrepreneurial orientation promotes innovation performance through task-oriented/relationship-oriented individual initiative,and future orientation moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and relationship-oriented individual initiative.
