颌面部疼痛疾病诊疗的特点与现状思考

摘　　要：颌面部疼痛多是严重的疼痛,多见于三叉神经痛与舌咽神经痛。本文对其疼痛特征、治疗方法、穿刺路径、麻醉技术、治疗效果及其优缺点进行评论,为其临床治疗方案的选择提供指导意见。Most of facial and mandibular pain is severe,in which trigeminal neuralgia and glossopharyngeal neuralgia are common.In this paper,the characteristics of pain,treatment methods,puncture pathways,anesthetic techniques,therapeutic effects,advantages and disadvantages of each treatment method for facial and mandibular pain are reviewed,in order to give a guidance for the clinical treatment.
