天然抗氧化剂治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化的研究进展

摘　　要：肌萎缩侧索硬化是一种威胁生命的神经退行性疾病,导致运动神经元进行性变性,最终导致死亡。在各种细胞培养和动物模型中已经证明,天然抗氧化剂能够通过减轻氧化应激和损伤来保护神经元细胞。现总结天然抗氧化剂作用机制及在肌萎缩侧索硬化治疗相关研究中的意义。Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a fatal neurodegenerative disease that causes progressive degeneration of motor neurons,eventually leading to death.Natural antioxidants have been shown to protect neurons by reducing oxidative stress and damage in various cell cultures and animal models.In this paper,the therapeutic benefits of natural antioxidants in ALS are reviewed.
