摘　　要：临床上引起足下垂的病因复杂多样,神经电生理检查在其鉴别诊断、治疗选择及预后评估中均有重要作用。现对足下垂的鉴别诊断及神经电生理检查在其诊断中的应用及进展作一综述。The causes of foot drop are complex and diverse.Neuro-electrophysiological examination plays an important role in differential diagnosis,treatment selection,and prognosis assessment.This paper reviews the differential diagnosis of foot drop and the application and progress of neuro-electrophysiological examination in the diagnosis of foot ptosis.
