纳米脂肪联合脂肪颗粒对混合型黑眼圈整形效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨纳米脂肪联合脂肪颗粒治疗混合型黑眼圈的效果。方法2017年1月至2018年6月,内蒙古自治区赤峰市医院烧伤整形科收治122例女性混合型黑眼圈患者,年龄21~47(31.45±10.45)岁。患者均接受纳米脂肪联合脂肪颗粒治疗,分别于治疗前与治疗后6个月,采用Photoshop CS7校正曝光,再使用Image J 64软件测量图中黑眼圈注射区域皮肤L^(*)(皮肤黑白区间)a^(*)(绿红区间)b^(*)(蓝黄区间)值,统计治疗效果。结果治疗后,患者黑眼圈皮肤颜色视觉评估分级较其治疗前相比明显改善(Z=105.22,P<0.05);治疗前,黑眼圈皮肤颜色定量评估L^(*)值(47.12±7.02),治疗后(56.47±6.31),L值较治疗前增加(t=15.495,P<0.05),治疗前后a^(^(*))、b^(*)值无明显改变(P>0.05)。112例患者经皮下注射后5 d内,注射区均出现不同程度的青紫肿胀症状,经对症治疗后均自行好转,未出现感染、脂肪液化等并发症。122例患者中99例对纳米脂肪联合脂肪颗粒注射治疗满意,治疗满意度81.15%,23例患者自觉黑眼圈改善不明显,或改善程度未达到预期要求,对治疗效果的评价为一般或不满意。结论纳米脂肪联合脂肪颗粒在改善混合型黑眼圈皮肤颜色中具有良好的效果,患者满意度较高,有较好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the plastic effect of nanofat combined with granular fat on mixed dark eye circles.Methods 122 patients with mixed dark eye circles with age of 21 to 47 years and average age of(31.45±10.45)years in Chifeng Municipal Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled,and all patients received nanofat combined with granular fat treatment.Photoshop,CS7 exposure correction,as well as 64 Image J software measurement were adopted to evaluate L^(*)(whiteness/darkness),a^(*)(redness/greenness)and b^(*)(yellowness/blueness)at dark circle of lower eyelid before and 6 months after treatment.Then the treatment effect was recorded.Results After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale score of the lower eyelid was ameliorated(Z=105.22,P<0.05).L^(*)was(47.12±7.02)before treatment,and(56.47±6.31)after treatment,showing a significant increase(t=15.495,P<0.05),while a^(*)and b^(*)values had no significant changes before and after treatment(P<0.05).Minor bruises were observed in 112 patients following subcutaneous injection for 5d,which were ameliorated after the corresponding treatments.In this study,no serious adverse reactions including infection and fat liquefaction were observed.99 out of 122 patients were satisfied with the treatment,with a satisfactory rate of 81.15%.The therapeutic effect in 23 patients was evaluated as general or unsatisfactory because the treatment outcomes were not significant or did not meet the expected requirements.Conclusions Application of nanofat combined with granular fat for patients with dark eye circles who receive plastic surgery of the lower eyelid achieves good clinical effect and high satisfactory degree,with fewer adverse reactions.
