摘  要:通过从板坯、初轧、精轧、冷却、卷取各个环节采集大量试验数据,分析了昆钢玉钢公司中宽带冷弯裂纹的特征,指出其主要成因是铸坯存在皮下气孔,分析了其在轧制过程中的变化规律。昆钢玉钢公司通过对冶炼及出钢控制、合金脱氧工艺优化、喂丝工艺优化、吹氩工艺优化、连铸工艺优化、轧钢工艺优化,使中宽带冷弯初验合格率从平均85.9%提高到98.1%,提高幅度达12.2%,月平均最高初验合格率达99.1%,达到了国内先进水平。A large number of test data were collected from various working procedures including slab,blooming,precision rolling,cooling and coiling to analyze the characteristics of cold-bend cracking in medium size strip steel plate from Yu Steel,Kunming Steel&Iron Co.,Ltd..It was pointed out that the main cause was the existence of subcutaneous pores in the slab and the law of change in the rolling process was analyzed.Through the optimization of smelting and tapping control,alloy deoxidization process,wire feeding process,argon blowing process,continuous casting process and steel rolling process,the initial acceptance rate of medium and wide-band cold bending increased from 85.9%to 98.1%on average,with an increase of 12.2%.The highest initial acceptance rate was 99.1%in monthly average,which reached the advanced level in China.
