摘 要:为了明确B_(2)O_(3)对高Al_(2)O_(3)渣稳定性的影响,基于现场高炉渣的实际成分,通过熔体物性测定仪、扫描电镜、红外光谱仪分析了B_(2)O_(3)对高Al_(2)O_(3)渣黏度和基础玻璃微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着B_(2)O_(3)含量的增加,炉渣黏度降低;当炉渣温度低于1360℃时,炉渣随着B_(2)O_(3)的增加稳定性增强;炉渣温度为1216℃、B_(2)O_(3)质量分数为2.0%时,炉渣的稳定性最好。随着B_(2)O_(3)含量的增加,炉渣不断玻璃化,当B_(2)O_(3)质量分数为2.0%时,炉渣微观结构完全是玻璃态结构,表现为假性酸性渣的性质;随着B_(2)O_(3)含量的增加,[Si-O-Al]键断裂,[AlO_(6)]八面体结构振动峰增加,炉渣的稳定性越来越好。In order to clarify the impact mechanisms of B_(2)O_(3)on the stability of high Al_(2)O_(3)slag,based on the actual composition of blast furnace slag in the field,the effect of B_(2)O_(3)on the viscosity and basic glass microstructure of high Al_(2)O_(3)slag were investigated by the high-temperature melt properties tester,scanning electron microscope and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that slag viscosity decreased with the increase of B_(2)O_(3)content.And the stability of slag increased with the increase of B_(2)O_(3)when the slag temperature was lower than 1360℃.The slag stability was the best when the slag temperature was 1216℃and the mass fraction of B_(2)O_(3)was 2.0%.The slag was constantly glassy with the increase of B_(2)O_(3)content.The microstructure of slag was glassy and had the properties of pseudo-acidic slag when the mass fraction of B_(2)O_(3)was 2.0%.With increasing B_(2)O_(3)content,the[Si-O-Al]bond fractured and the vibration peak of[AlO_(6)]octahedral structure increased,the slag stability became better and better.
