摘　　要：目的:研究不同存放条件对透析液(A、B和水混合后)离子浓度稳定性的影响。方法:应用常规滴定法、火焰光度法和高效液相色谱法检测透析液中的阴阳离子在不同存放条件的含量变化。结果:透析液置于冷藏条件下(2~8℃)保存相比于常温条件下保存各离子更稳定,其中钙、镁和碳酸氢根离子含量随着放置时间的延长含量逐渐下降,钠、钾、氯、醋酸根离子较稳定。结论:透析液检测时,常温条件保存时需在30min内检测完成,冷藏条件保存时需在3h内检测完成。Objective:To study the effect of different storage conditions on the stability of ion concentration in dialysate(A,B and water mixed).Methods:Conventional titration,flame photometry and HPLC were used to detect the content changes of anion and cation in dialysate under different storage conditions.Results:Dialysate stored under cold storage(2~8℃)was more stable than that stored under normal temperature,the content of calcium,magnesium and bicarbonate decreased with the extension of time,sodion,potassium,chloridion,acetate ion were stable.Conclusion:During the detection of dialysate,the detection should be completed within 30min when stored at room temperature,and within 3h when stored in cold storage.
