宫颈癌初筛应用宫颈刮片脱落细胞学检测联合阴道镜检查的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探究宫颈刮片脱落细胞学检测联合阴道检查在宫颈癌初筛患者中的应用价值。方法:在2019年1月~2020年1月,对本中心自行接受宫颈癌筛查的500例患者展开研究,按照检查方式不同将500例患者随机分成对照组、观察组,每组250例。对照组仅采取宫颈刮片脱落细胞学检测,观察组同样采用宫颈刮片脱落细胞学检查,在此基础上对检查结果为巴氏Ⅱb级以上、高危因素、肉眼可见疑似患者展开阴道镜检查,对比两组患者阳性检出率。结果:观察组阳性检出率为96.15%,显著高于对照组的阳性检出率78.41%,组间数据对比结果显示:P<0.05。结论:宫颈刮片脱落细胞学与阴道镜检联合能够起到较高的应用价值,在宫颈癌初筛中应当首选宫颈刮片检查,再对疑似病例采取阴道检查,以进一步提高诊断准确率,减少漏诊、误诊发生。Objective:To explore the application value of cervical scraping cytology test combined with vaginal examination in patients with primary cervical cancer screening.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,a study was conducted on 500 patients who were screened for cervical cancer in our center.The 500 patients were randomly divided into a control group,an observation group,and a group of 250 patients.The control group only used cervical smear cytology test,and the observation group also used cervical smear cytology test.Based on this,the colposcopy was performed on suspected patients with a PapⅡb or higher,high risk factors,and visible to the naked eye.The positive detection rate of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The positive detection rate in the observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than the positive detection rate in the control group,which was 78.41%.The comparison of data between the groups showed that P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of cervical scraping cytology and colposcopy can have a higher application value.In the initial screening of cervical cancer,cervical scraping should be the first choice,and then vaginal examination for suspected cases can further improve the diagnostic accuracy.Reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
