摘　　要：目的探讨流动树脂充填后联合应用多乐氟治疗乳磨牙龋齿的临床效果。方法选取2019年1~3月江西省萍乡市妇幼保健院收治的90例乳磨牙龋齿患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例。对照组患儿采用流动树脂填充,观察组患儿采用流动树脂填充+多乐氟涂抹。比较两组患儿的充填成功率和并发症发生率。结果两组患儿的充填成功率和充填1年后色泽稳定性差发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿的牙体形态异常、去除釉质脱矿造成的白垩色斑、继发龋及并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论流动树脂充填后联合应用多乐氟治疗乳磨牙龋齿的效果较好,能显著降低流动树脂充填后的并发症发生率,具有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined application of Duraphat in the treatment of caries in deciduous molars after filling with flowing resin.Methods A total of 90 cases of caries children who admitted to Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January to March 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group used flow resin filling,and the observation group used fluid resin filling+Duraphat smearing.The success rate of filling and complication rate between the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the success rate of filling and the incidence of poor color stability after filling for 1 year(P>0.05).The incidence of dental morphology abnormalities,chalk stains which were caused by enamel demineralization,secondary caries and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After filling with flowable resin,combined the application of Duraphat in the treatment of deciduous molar tooth caries has better effect.It can significantly reduce the incidence of complications after mobile resin filling,and has a high clinical value.
