活血明目汤导入治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨活血明目汤导入治疗非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NDPR)的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年7月湖北省荆门市中医医院收治的80例NDPR患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者采用口服羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,观察组患者采用活血明目汤经多功能低频电子治疗仪离子导入治疗,两组患者均治疗1个月。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后眼底病变各项指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(87.5%)高于对照组(62.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的眼底微血管瘤体积、出血斑及黄斑厚度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间及结束后均未发生不良反应。结论活血明目汤导入治疗NDPR的临床效果明显优于羟苯磺酸钙胶囊。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Mingmu Decoction Invigorate in the treatment of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy(NDPR).Methods A total of 80 patients with NDPR who admitted to Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hubei Province from June 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random draw method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Calcium Dobesilate Capsules,the observation group was treated with Huoxue Mingmu Decoction Invigorate.Patients in both groups were treated for 1 month.The total effective rate,the indicators of fundus lesions and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(87.5%)was higher than that of the control group(62.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the volume of fundus microangioma,hemorrhagic plaque and macular thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups during and after treatment.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Huoxue Mingmu Decoction Invigorate in the treatment of NDPR is better than Calcium Dobesilate Capsules.
